Return of products

All products purchased through our website in physical format can be returned, provided that the following conditions are met:

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged and unaltered.
The product must include all original accessories, labels and packaging.

Return process

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at info@soldesants.com and provide us with the following information:
– Purchase order number.
– Reason for return.
– Detailed description of the problem or defect, if applicable.
Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Shipping

The shipment will be made nationally. The shipping costs will depend on the destination:

Mainland Spain: 5,06€

*This cost is additional to the price of the product.

Once the purchase is made, we will process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your order in your account.

Once the package arrives at your shipping address, it will be delivered to your door. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notification or deliver your order, again, at another time.

Shipping costs

If the return is the result of an error on our part or if the product is defective or damaged, we will pay the return shipping costs.
If the return is made for other reasons, such as a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund
