Return of products
All products purchased through our website in physical format can be returned, provided that the following conditions are met:
- Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged and unaltered.
- The product must include all original accessories, labels and packaging.
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at email@example.com and provide us with the following information:
– Purchase order number.
– Reason for return.
– Detailed description of the problem or defect, if applicable.
- Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
- Mainland Spain: 5,06€
- If the return is the result of an error on our part or if the product is defective or damaged, we will pay the return shipping costs.
- If the return is made for other reasons, such as a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Cancellation of orders
